Guest Standards & Guidelines
To preserve the tranquility, comfort, and refined experience of Alfresco Cottage, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following standards during their stay. We are grateful for your cooperation.
1. Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• We invite you to enjoy the cottage peacefully during these hours.
• Outdoor gatherings after 10 PM are not permitted.
• Repeated disturbances may result in early termination of the reservation.
2. Registered Guests Only
• The cottage is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
• Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted.
• Outdoor music and amplified sound should remain discreet at all times.
3. Pool Equipment
• For your safety and the integrity of the system, please refrain from adjusting or removing any pool equipment.
• Any interference may incur a minimum $150 service charge.
4. Grill Service
• Should you wish to enjoy the grill, our team will gladly prepare it for you with advance notice.
• A $50 usage fee applies.
5. Smoke-Free Environment
• Alfresco Cottage maintains a strictly smoke-free environment throughout the entire property, both indoors and outdoors.
• Thank you for preserving the freshness and quality of the home.
6. Pool & Leisure Guidelines
• Running, diving, and glassware are not permitted in the pool area.
• Outdoor-safe drinkware is provided for your convenience.
• Please enjoy the pool responsibly; no lifeguard is on duty.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool Heating
• Available at $100/night (2-night minimum).
• Kindly request at least 24 hours in advance.
Before Swimming
• A brief rinse to remove sunscreen or sand helps us maintain pristine water quality.
7. Neighborhood Courtesy
• Alfresco Cottage is nestled within a serene residential community.
• Should authorities be contacted for noise concerns, a final notice may be issued.
• Continued disturbance may result in the reservation being ended without refund.
8. Furnishings & Amenities
• All linens, towels, tableware, and electronic accessories must remain within the cottage.
• Any loss or damage may incur a replacement charge.
9. Guest Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay.
• The host cannot assume liability for accidents, injuries, or illness on the property.
10. Pet Policy
• Pets are not permitted.
11. Waste & Recycling
• Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed inside the designated bins.
• Bins should remain at both ends of the driveway.
• Excess or loose waste may result in a $75 disposal fee.
12. Extra Guests
• The base rate includes up to 8 guests.
• Additional guests are $25 per person, per night (maximum 10 guests total).
• All guests must be declared in the reservation prior to check-in.
13. Late Check-Out
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out is available for $50 per hour and must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-out may incur additional fees.
